Hi, I’m Anna!

I’m a mother, a partner, and biodynamic craniosacral therapist in Evanston … and I’m happy you are here.

My purpose is to be a guide, facilitating your healing, helping you remember that you are already whole, healthy, and interconnected—body, mind, and spirit.

Through gentle touch and deep listening, I attune to the inherent therapeutic healing process in your body, supporting you to live life in your fullest expression.

I enjoy:

Dancing, watching sunrises at lake Michigan with my family, being in Nature, paddleboarding, gathering with friends and family, moving with curiosity.

I came to this work because of the plant medicine, Ayahuasca.

Before my acquaintance with the medicine, I was living in Russia, working as an interpreter, feeling stuck and gasping for change.

Unsure of the direction in my life, I bought tickets to Peru, contacted a retreat center, and formulated one single question for Mother Aya:

What should I do?

The answer was as clear as was the question:

Facilitate healing.

I knew this meant a healing art that involved touch and deep listening.

I had already been practicing daily meditation and as a result, I was aware of subtle motions within and around me. I wanted to further explore that.

After returning to Moscow, I started studying Craniosacral and Biodynamic Craniosacral therapy.

Along with my craniosacral training, I discovered the world of somatic movement. The modalities I dabbled Bartenieff Fundamentals, Hanna Somatics, Axis Syllabus, Contact Improvisation.

Movement became my medicine and a way of knowing myself. I felt deeply drawn to studying it further.

In between craniosacral training modules, I was staying in Bali, where I met a beautiful person—who is now my partner and father of our daughter—and who happened to be from the US.

After training, I moved to the US to start my family and study movement.

My daily movement explorations are guided with ever evolving inquiry into how movement can be creative, expressive, functional and healing—all at the same time!
